Located in La plaza de armas, in the center of Santiago.Is the main temple of the Catolic Church in the country. It was started to build in 1748, in a place chosen by the founder Pedro de Valdivia, and it was finished to build in 1800 approximately.
The predominant style of La Catedral is the baroque.
